Creating Slides
Follow this guide to create a slide in Activator.
Step 1: Login to Activator directly or via your PromoMats link, depending on the configuration of your organization.
Step 2: From the Overview tab, click on the option “New Slide”.

Step 3: Fill in the required fields. You can choose between creating a slide with a blank layout or one based on a template. Once you select the desired layout, click on “Create”.

Basically ‘shared resources ’ are associated with meta data as tags (country, language , products and many more). When we put our input while creating content, like- binder or slide, available ‘shared resource’ of that environment are been filtered according to our input (country name, language and product). Hence , sometime , we may not find any ‘shared resource’ if there is no matching with our input.
To add your new slide to a binder:
Step 1: Click on “Go to preview mode” and while in Preview Mode click on “Add to Binder” option in the right panel.

Step 5: Click on “Select binder from list” option browse through your available binders.

Step 6: Double click on the binder that you would like to add your slide to.

Alternatively:
You can add a new slide directly in a specific binder by going into the binder and clicking the “Create slide” option from the right panel.
