Previewing an Approved Email

There are several ways to preview an email in the Activator before it is sent to final approval.

This guide will show you how to preview an Approved Email.

Method 1 – Share

Step 1: Click the “Share”-button in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: This will prompt 2 options; You can either download the updated email as a .zip file and view the content, or you can generate a direct preview link that can be shared if needed. Click the “Generate Link”-button and a link will be generated in the field above that can be copied.

Method 2 – QR code

Step 1: Additionally, you can generate a QR-code by clicking the “QR”-button in the left-hand menu. This QR-code can then be scanned by any smart device and previewed on the device.

Method 3 – Full Preview

Step 1: Click on the “Full Preview” button in the left-hand menu. This will open another tab in your browser, and you can select if you want to view the approved email full screen or in mobile view by clicking on the cellphone icon as shown below.
